During these unprecedented times, the world has changed as we know it. I truly hope you are all doing well since everyone has been impacted in some way with Covid-19. These new Covid-19 studio policies are to put your mind at ease and remind you that safety is always my first priority.
Currently, I am taking a handful of new bookings a month. Only one session per day.
New Covid-19 Studio Policies
In order for everyone health and safety:
The day before your session a pre-screening questionnaire will need to be filled. If you suspect anyone coming to my studio is unwell, please do not proceed with the session and reschedule for another time. There is not charge to reschedule due to illness or injury, however, once a session has begun, there will be a $50 charge to reschedule. If you, or someone else from your session become sick within 14 days after your session, please take time to contact me immediately.
Masks will be available here and are highly recommended for those not getting photographed. Please let me know beforehand if you have any heath concerns or limitations with wearing a mask. Take time to prepare your children that masks are the new norm. Also not to be scared since I will be wearing one the whole session.
Cleaning and Hand Hygiene:
Hand washing and purell stations will be set up at multiple locations. Together let’s take all precautions to avoid any spread of germs to new babies.
Props and Fabrics that have been touched are always cleaned after every session. All my previous clients know I have a laundry pile that all the props go. Haha! Now I will be limiting props used will be limited during sessions because some fragile items would just fall apart with certain cleaning products. Those items will be hand washed, sunned and put in a 2 week quarantine box. Now if you have a special request for certain props during your newborn, baby, maternity or family session please let me know before hand. I will either arrange to get a second one or put it aside for you.
Studio equipment is disinfected before and after every session. I will be waiving my outdoor session fee for now since our whole province is taking Covid-19 precautions.
Contactless pick up with also be the new norm.
